Toddler – Cheeky Monkey Room (2–3 Years)

Administration Fee
An Administration Fee is required to secure your child's place at any Forest & Coastal Nurseries setting.
The Administration Fee covers the administrative and operational costs associated with processing your child's registration, reserving their nursery place, completing admissions and funding checks, and allocating staffing and resources in preparation for their agreed start date.
The Administration Fee is:
£100 for places starting within six months of registration.
£200 for places starting more than six months after registration.
Payment of the Administration Fee confirms your acceptance of your child's nursery place and enables the nursery to reserve that place exclusively for your child.
Early Learning for 2 years.
Children eligible for the Early Learning for 2 years previously known as Free for Two funding (FF2) programme are exempt from paying the Administration Fee.
Fully Funded Children
Where a child attends fully funded sessions only, the Administration Fee will be refunded after the child has:
Attended the nursery for six consecutive weeks, or reached the end of the first half term, whichever occurs sooner.
This allows the nursery to confirm that the child has commenced their place and is accessing their funded entitlement before the refund is processed.
Partially Funded Children
Where a child attends a combination of funded and paid sessions:
The proportion of the Administration Fee relating to funded hours will be refunded after six weeks' attendance or at the end of the first half term, whichever occurs sooner.
The remaining balance will be credited against the child's final invoice when they leave the nursery.
Example: If your child attends 50 hours per week, of which 30 hours are funded, 60% of the Administration Fee will be refunded after six weeks (or at the end of the first half term), with the remaining 40% deducted from your child's final invoice.
Non-Funded Children
For children attending entirely paid (non-funded) sessions, the Administration Fee is payable upon registration and is non-refundable.
Cancelling or Not Taking Up a Place
The Administration Fee secures your child's place at Forest & Coastal Nurseries from the point your registration is accepted.
If you choose to cancel your child's place, defer the start date and an alternative start date cannot be agreed, or your child does not take up their place on the agreed start date, the Administration Fee is non-refundable.
This is because the nursery has reserved a place, completed the admissions process, allocated staffing and resources, and may have been unable to offer the place to another family.
By accepting a nursery place and paying the Administration Fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Administration Fee and Place Reservation Policy, which forms part of the nursery's Terms and Conditions.
